We want you to help us grow even faster by joining our Growth team as a Growth Manager with a focus on expanding our brand, client acquisition, and maintenance of current ones.
We are looking for a Growth Manager who is determined to spread AI into Europe’s traditional industries shaping our strategy and developing our business. Supported by a great technical team, you will build out and own our client acquisition processes.
In particular, your responsibilities include to:
Build the company’s growth strategy that delivers scalable and sustainable results across all our markets, focusing on pipeline generation, pipeline quality, and sales cycle acceleration;
Lead the end-to-end planning and development of effective sales and marketing programs that engage new prospects, customers, and partners through their buying journey;
Have P&L and customer account responsibility, drive sales process on individual accounts and close deals;
Create a cross-functional program approach for engaging sales, projects, operations, and other relevant stakeholders to create a unified approach to our growth efforts;
Identify and test new initiatives and tactics, and collaborate with other areas to continually think of new growth opportunities and marketing approaches;
Working with your team conducting workshops for idea generation and evaluation, also structuring and monitoring team KPIs and performance reviews;
Represent Merantix Momentum at conferences, client meetings, etc
Our team culture is defined by ownership and trust. We expect that you have a proven track record in selling complex technology products and/or solutions to enterprise customers.
are familiar with current AI technology trends and industry-specific applications;
have senior experience in a consultative B2B sales role, in an international environment, across multiple markets;
are a strong communicator in writing and in person, in both German and English;
are able to produce professional, well-worded, and well-structured materials to support and drive sales and marketing.
