As we enter the next growth phase, we are looking for a VP of Operations to build and drive our internal scaling engine.
You will act as the connective tissue across all departments, ensuring we scale efficiently while maintaining high team satisfaction and delivery quality. You will drive operational excellence from acquisition to delivery, connecting project demand, workforce planning, and process optimization.
This is a newly created, highly cross-functional and hands-on leadership role requiring strong analytical thinking, a scalable operations mindset, and excellent stakeholder management.
These will be your main responsibilities:
Institutionalise operational knowledge frameworks that enable consistent execution, faster onboarding, and continuous organisational learning.
Staffing & Resource Management. Staffing and resources management processes are at the core of our business operations. You will:
Being accountable for the staffing process across client, research, and internal projects.
Moderate cross-team staffing decisions and prioritisation.
Design systems that empower team leads and project managers to make proactive staffing decisions—minimizing central dependencies.
Improve predictability and efficiency of staffing workflows.
Partner with People & Culture and hiring managers to translate bottlenecks into clear hiring signals.

Strong experience in operations in a fast-growing tech or professional services company.
Process engineering: Proven track record in building and improving processes and scaling operational systems.
AI/ML Literacy: Deep understanding of AI implementation and how to use LLMs/automation to optimize internal workflows.
Project management, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable taking ownership of opportunities and co-driving business outcomes
Structured, data-driven, and execution-focused approach with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement.
Resource planning: Experience in resource management, staffing, or workforce planning is a strong plus
Fluent English; German a plus.
