As a Pharma/Healthcare Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption and sales of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within pharmaceutical companies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how AI technologies can enhance their business processes, research, and development efforts.

Your role

Identify and Prospect: Identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building, leading confirmed engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation;
Consultative Selling: Managing large strategy and implementation Merantix Momentum teams for projects focusing on deep tech, and scientific AI in Life Sciences R&D across clientes: large Pharma and Biotech companies, and investors;
Sales Strategy: Design, sell and deliver innovative solutions, with multi-billion dollar market potential, to transform the customer experience or significantly improve business performance by leveraging AI technologies;
Relationship Building: Managing and developing strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work, and inspiring. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, researchers, and IT professionals within pharmaceutical companies. Understand their long-term strategic goals and establish yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and understanding;
Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, and project managers, to develop cutting-edge innovative projects to support the Life Science and Pharma industries.

Your profile

Ph.D. or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, life sciences, or business. Advanced degrees or certifications related to AI or pharmaceuticals are a plus;
Deep and broad industry know-how in pharmaceutical, life science and or digital healthcare industry;
10+ years of work experience after graduate school, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact in consulting, sales, or professional services, within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the pharmaceutical domain is highly desirable;
Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagements
Seasoned leader with strong entrepreneurial drive, who thrives on intellectual challenge and raises the bar in terms of client service delivery
Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities (German and English);
